Unlock First Person View Cheat
While on the main menu, press and hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 to unlock the
cheat menu.
Enter FISH EYE on the cheat menu. Press CIRCLE to toggle the views.
Unlock No Cost Mode
While on the main menu, press and hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 to unlock the
cheat menu.
Enter FREEALL on the cheat menu. All objects will now cost nothing but
has no effect on the cost of bills and other services. This may cause
problems with games saved prior to this cheat.
