Unlock Digital Camera
Complete the game to unlock the camera. The digital camera is at Strut E Shell 1.

Unlock Stealth, Bandana, & Wig
To get the Stealth and Bandanna for Snake, clear the Tanker mission three times on all different difficulty settings on the same save file while getting all the dog tags.

To get Stealth and Wig, complete the plant three times on all three different difficulty settings on the same save file while getting all the dog tags.

Unlock Sunglasses
After completing the game twice, both Snake and Raiden will be sporting sunglasses in addition to their original costumes.

Alternate Ending
Clear "A Snake Tale" to unlock the M9. Then use it to stun all the Bosses instead of killing them to view an alternate ending.
